Our team of Business Analysts are your first tier of support when you begin your journey with RFCSCR.
Business Analysts work alongside our Rural Financial Counsellors and Small Business Coaches performing specific transactional financial tasks and delegated substantive assistance to clients.
They can support you to navigate the various forms of grants and assistance available, aiding you during the forms completion stage. They can also prepare you to take the next step in your business if you seek additional financial assistance from our experienced team of Rural Financial Counsellors or Small Business Coaches.
SRIDEVI BOLLU - Business Analyst
Sri was born and raised in India where she obtained her Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering. Prior to immigrating to Australia, Sri had worked with a global IT leader for almost 6 years, progressing from software engineer to Team Lead. Together with her husband Sri moved to Australia and not long after began working with RFCSCR (at the end of 2018) as a Business Analyst. She has welcomed the opportunity to learn about rural and regional Australia and particularly the agricultural sector.
Recently Sri’s role has changed focus and she now assists primary producers and rural small businesses in the Greater Sydney and Central West regions to navigate the road to recovery following the devastating bushfires at the end of 2019 and into 2020. She is continually inspired by the people she deals with, and has developed a keen passion for agriculture in Australia.
JESS BEER - Business Analyst
Jess commenced work with the service in July 2020. Jess came to Australia with her family in 2007 and lived 12 years in the outback before relocating to the Central West. She has a keen interest in the arts, particularly musical theatre. Jess performed as part of Parkes Musical & Dramatic Society in their 2019 production ‘Les Misérables’ and is a member of a local choir. She has also completed a Diploma of Creative Writing and is a published writer and poet. As a Business Analyst Jess provides administrative support to the Rural Financial Counsellors and reception duties at the Forbes office.
ANKE Rudolph - Business Analyst
Anke joined RFCSCR at the end of July 2020 as a part-time receptionist, before moving into the Business Analyst role in January 2021. Anke immigrated to Australia in 2015 and after completing school in Dubbo she went on to explore Australia before coming back to complete her certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping with TAFE NSW. Anke grew up on a farm in South Africa that specialised in running Brahman stud cattle and cropping maize and sunflowers. Following on from her experience on the farm Anke is passionate about agriculture and enjoys working with rural businesses.
sarah nash - Business Analyst
Sarah joined the RFCSCR team in as a Business Analyst in January 2021. She grew up on her family’s farm in the Central West and has a professional background in accounting. Based in the Dubbo office she looks forward to assisting farmers with accessing the support they need.
CLARE WEBB - Business Analyst/ Support
Clare began working with RFCSCR in early 2020 as Receptionist and has joined the Small Business team working as a Business Analyst. Clare grew up in Dubbo and always had a passion for all things agriculture which has led her to pursue a career in assisting primary producers and helping to grow and enhance small rural businesses. Clare has agricultural qualifications and has experience in the industry.
Clare has also worked as a Cutting Horse trainer in the Riverina and has worked on farms in the United Kingdom.
